Our priority is to meet your generator service needs by providing prompt, dependable service at an affordable price. Unfortunately, we do not provide service to portable generators.
Emergency 24 -7 Service:
All calls from service contract customers take priority and will be answered first. Existing and new customers not covered by a service contract will be serviced on a “first come, first serve basis”. The response time may vary.

Warranty Support:
We work as a link between you and Generac for all warranty work. Depending on the model of your Generac generator, there is a two year full warranty on parts & labor. An extended 5 year warranty is available for newer air cooled model lines and 22kw-150kw liquid cooled units.
Preventative Maintenance Service:
We respect your budgets and currently offer 2 levels of preventative maintenance service.
So, you bought your generator from someone else? No need to worry, we will extend to you the same levels of service provided to our longtime customers.

- Level 1 - Our most popular level of support includes, but is not limited to, a 21+ point inspection as well as yearly oil and filter change.
- Level 2 - Our premium level of support that includes a 21+ point inspection, annual oil change, filter replacement plus “On Call 24/7” service. This assures you that your call will be answered in 24 hours or less.
